The questions
Answer what you can. Questions marked optional can be left blank; questions marked required have to be answered before you can submit.
How the findings will be used
- We publish the aggregate findings
- Which barriers, which kinds of business, and how often, reported as totals rather than as individual stories.
- We share them with enforcement agencies and advocates
- The people who write and enforce New York accessibility rules should see what disabled New Yorkers run into.
- We tell participants what we found
- If you leave an email address, you get the summary when it is ready.
